Jason M. Goldberg, LCSW-C, LLC

Over the past 20 years, I have helped countless clients work through the sadness, self-doubt and frustration of feeling like they have one foot in the past and one foot in the future and never really knowing what it’s like to be in the present.

I grew up experiencing theses same feelings, thoughts and beliefs about my life.

The one thing that helped me the most was therapy.

Therapy that guides you through the issues that lead to feeling sad, anxious or lonely can make life transitions much smoother.  It was the one thing that got me from feeling angry and frustrated in my relationships to living in the present and enjoying life.

I learned how to communicate based on what is actually happening without feeling like I’m reacting to something that happened in the past.

I can help you with this too.

I know that finding the right therapist to help you navigate change is a choice not to be taken lightly. That’s why I offer a free phone consultation to answer your questions and find out if I’m a good fit to help you.
