A good conversation changes everything.

Sometimes it just feels like, “I should be able to handle this, but it’s eating away at me.”

It might be that your parents divorced and you’re feeling the effects of sadness and disappointment from it…

Or it might be that you found out you have some learning challenges…

Maybe you’ve been humming along in life and then bam, a roadblock is in your way and there doesn’t seem to be a way around it.

Life is challenging, sometimes in surprising ways and can leave you feeling…

Depressed and anxious or even feeling, “out of sorts.”

What matters most is that you address the thoughts and feelings in a way that helps you to move forward.

When you realized that there’s a problem and you find yourself here, you want answers sooner rather than later.

When we work together, I help you not only make sense of it all, but to also develop coping strategies that make life easier and ultimately more fulfilling.

You probably have a story of what you want your life to be like.

You have ideas, hopes and dreams. Our work together is to bring those dreams alive as we work toward decreasing the anxiety, depression and doubt that gets in the way.

If you have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or struggle with anxiety or depression the stress of change can make it a challenge to think clearly and get what you really want in life.

It might feel like you’ll never get out of this frustrating situation and feel like yourself again.

This is where a good conversation helps.

I can help with:

Anxiety | Depression | Grief & Loss | Learning Challenges | Relationships | Divorce | Life Transitions

Over the past 20 years, I have helped countless clients work through the sadness, self-doubt and frustration of feeling like they have one foot in the past and one foot in the future and never really knowing what it’s like to be in the present.

I grew up experiencing theses same feelings, thoughts and beliefs about my life. When my parents divorced it was rough. There were so many thoughts and feelings that I had no experience with or how to work through them.

The one thing that helped me the most was therapy.

I was able to find a great therapist who guided me through these issues from childhood through my twenties. It was the one thing that got me from feeling angry and frustrated in my relationships to living in the present and enjoying life.

I learned how to communicate based on what is actually happening with out feeling like I’m reacting to something that happened in the past.

I can help you with this too.

You can feel grounded with the knowledge of who you are and what you feel. The biggest benefit of those feelings? Being in relationships where you can speak freely without worrying about the other person’s reaction.
